Living on the water is the dream. But it also comes with maintenance. John recently built a new stairway and deck to the second level to provide more space to enjoy their beautiful view. Check out the photos of the process:

The attention to detail is like no other. Not only does John make sure this will be completely safe (see those posts set for railings?), but he even makes his bolts nice and even! As someone who is a little “OCD”, I love seeing this attention to even the most minor details.
